Research Use Only

All products sold by Luxe Research Co are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or application.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout, including product selection, quantities, shipping information, and billing details. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research products, Luxe Research Co does not accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered products.

Returns may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The order was incomplete due to shipping error

To request a return review, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the package and product
  • Description of the issue

Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not qualify for review.

Refunds

Approved refund requests may be issued as:

  • Store credit
  • Replacement product
  • Original payment refund (when applicable)

Refunds are processed only after the issue has been reviewed and approved by our support team. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Luxe Research Co.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Luxe Research Co is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related claims.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment preparation, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension and refusal of future service. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team directly to resolve any concerns before filing a payment dispute.
