Luxe Research Co. Affiliate Terms
By joining the Luxe Research Co. Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact, payment, and tax information. Luxe Research Co. may approve or reject any application at its discretion.
Commissions
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on qualifying purchases made through their approved affiliate link or discount code.
Commissions do not apply to:
⦁ Shipping or taxes
⦁ Canceled orders
⦁ Refunds or returns
⦁ Chargebacks
⦁ Fraudulent transactions
⦁ The affiliate’s own purchases
Payments are issued monthly through Zelle, subject to a minimum payout of $50. Earnings below $50 will roll over to the following month until the minimum payout is reached.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate Zelle payment information.
Required Disclosures
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Luxe Research Co. on all promotional content.
Example:
“I may earn a commission from purchases made through my link.”
Marketing Rules
Affiliates must:
⦁ Make truthful and accurate statements
⦁ Follow all applicable advertising laws and social-media platform rules
⦁ Use only approved logos, links, codes, and marketing materials
⦁ Avoid spam, misleading promotions, fake reviews, or unauthorized coupon websites
Product Claims
Products must be represented according to their labeled intended use.
Affiliates may not provide:
⦁ Medical advice
⦁ Human-use instructions
⦁ Dosage or administration information
⦁ Claims that products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition
⦁ Misleading guarantees or promises of specific results
Brand Use
Affiliates may not:
⦁ Impersonate Luxe Research Co.
⦁ Create unofficial branded accounts or websites
⦁ Register confusingly similar domain names
⦁ Alter product labels, warnings, or disclaimers
⦁ Run paid advertisements using the Luxe Research Co. name without written approval
Returns and Chargebacks
No commission is earned on refunded, returned, canceled, disputed, fraudulent, or charged-back orders.
Previously paid commissions connected to these orders may be deducted from future payments.
Independent Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, licenses, and legal compliance.
Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or franchise relationship.
Termination
Luxe Research Co. may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for fraud, misleading promotion, policy violations, brand misuse, or conduct that may harm the company.
Unpaid commissions connected to violations may be withheld.
By participating in the Luxe Research Co. Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
